What Bradford Crooks likes about Bubbleology:
good quality blase tee, I tried the heavenly tee with mango pearls and it was a very fruity combination. not so popular a brand like chatime, but regarding quality I did not find a great difference! View all feedback. What Adrian Rus doesn't like about Bubbleology:
Don’t use their loyalty card, I have loaded money on and it’s un-spendable. Cashier tried several times and manually typing name and account name in. Could see credit but no way of accessing money. Also check loyalty card does record visits as problematic also. Received no apology from Usama at head office. View all feedback.

read moreBubbleology in London has received a mix of reviews from customers, ranging from positive to disappointing experiences. Some customers have praised the Taro Milk Tea with lychee bubbles, saying it's the best they've ever had. Others have complained about the lack of information on drinks, overly sweet beverages, and incorrect orders. The staff received mixed feedback, with some being described as rude and unhelpful, while others were praised for their friendliness and professionalism. While the organic ingredients and good service were appreciated by some customers, others had negative encounters with the management. Despite the diverse range of experiences, Bubbleology remains a popular spot for bubble tea in London.
