Don’t use their loyalty card, I have loaded money on and it’s un-spendable. Cashier tried several times and manually typing name and account name in. Could see credit but no way of accessing money. Also check loyalty card does record visits as problematic also. Received no apology from Usama at head office. View all feedback.
We came as a group and the personal was so beautiful, she took care of us well. She gave a small cup with passion fruit without additional costs for my niece. 10/10 would recommend that we get the peach berry, rose milk and passion fruit bubbles tee. our fave

Love love love the bubble tea here. The only place outside China town which makes such good bubble tea. Right on Oxford street so you can just take out some and continue with your shopping.
I usually love bubbleology, taro and tapioca is my drink, however in this one particular shop they barely put any boba in there, even paying for extra tapioca, they give you half of the boba I get in Angel or Stratford, also their card machine keeps breaking,and even when it does work being charged to pay by card in this day and ages is not cool! 1.5 stars, just because the staff is actually very friendly.
The best I have tried! super original a great variety of very rich flavors! would come back once and a thousand times to try them all! the atmosphere with good music and very friendly staff, take strawberry and recommend it.
