Having previously worked in fast food, I know that changing gloves and washing hands is crucial, especially after handling cash. I observed one employee wearing the same gloves for about ten minutes while taking orders, handling money, and packing food. Additionally, another worker gave me my tray, and I noticed a chicken nugget that had fallen onto the counter. Instead of discarding it, she quickly picked it up with her bare hands and placed it back in the nugget box, seemingly hoping I wouldn't see.
