We ordered... read more Came in for drinks and apps. Party of 2 sat immediately. Restrooms were extremely clean! Waitress, Ari, did great! Thank you for such great service! We ordered the following during happy hour, a glass of chardonnay, 2 Dragon Fruit Mojitos, The pork bellytacos, the brussel sprouts lightly fried, and a margherita pizza. The drinks are exquisite and the food was all cookedperfectly. The pizza could have been a light more toasted. Great place, excellent service, and delicious food. Will come again,just earlier to enjoy happy hour longer.

I had the ribeye steak with mashed potatoes and broccolini, and everything was tailored exactly to my preferences.

I did find that the ribeye was slightly overcooked (I ordered it medium but received it well done), so I recommend either ordering a level lower or asking them to keep a close eye on it.

As a... read more Hilton Garden Inns aren’t typically known for outstanding dining, but I was curious to try Valle Eatery Bar since it’s advertised as a branded restaurant. As a travel enthusiast and Marriott Platinum Elite member, I’m always interested in exploring new hotel spots. The menu is limited, but considering it’s a hotel restaurant in Lompoc, some leniency is understandable. Aside from tapas, the options are mainly pizzas, burgers, or light sandwiches. I chose the Valle Burger, expecting a safe bet. However, the patty was a bit dry and lacked seasoning. The side salad had a nice mix of greens, but some of the cherry tomatoes were past their prime, and the Caesar dressing showed signs of spoilage with bubbles on the surface. Despite my reservations, I tried a small amount, and it didn’t taste like a typical Caesar or creamy dressing—its flavor was off and definitely not something I’d order again. On the positive side, the service was quick, friendly, and efficient. Overall, it was a decent experience, though I was the only customer toward the end of lunch service. The atmosphere is open and modern with plenty of seating options, including an outdoor patio. The bar also offers a good selection of local beers on tap. While I’m hesitant to dine here again, I wouldn’t rule out visiting the bar or lobby as a casual meeting spot with friends.
