Worst service ever, down right rude. I went in there for a doordash order. They said they got busy and didnt start it which is fine, but then they continued to help customers coming in after I did without even starting my order. There was two of them so one could have helped the customers who came in after I was waiting 10 mins already while the other started my order. So furious never going back to that place they lost a customer this day
I was unable to use the Subway app in-store to use my $2 reward and to pay for my order. I must have scanned the app QR code at least 10 times and nothing came through. I had to pay with my card instead and I still have the $2 reward on the app still. Employee couldn't or wouldn't help me or ask for help. I don't know if it's the store itself or the app, but guessing by reading the reviews on here, it might be the store. Mind you, I've had problems with the Central Ave. one too (got the right meat with completely different toppings, out of rotisserie chicken on one of their premier sandwiches). Are Subways in Lompoc incompetent?
It 's cool if you don 't get a refund, especially when it 's the customers fault for having a messed up order. What 's not okay is sending me back and forth between DoorDash to try to refund my money for a missed delivery, and when DoorDash says it 's up to the vendor to refund me because I ordered through the Subway app, to receive such rude service. The female employee who answered my call was very abrupt insisting that this Subway does not offer DoorDash delivery, shouting between herself and another female employee that it was my fault for missed delivery so I 'm not to receive any handouts (I wasn 't looking for any I just wanted a refund for the food I never received) and then when I asked to speak to the manager she insisted she was out and would return my call. I left a name and phone number with her and never received a call. I guess corporate Subway is cool with their staff belittling customers for their woops. If you enjoy Subway- this is not the location to go to (ESPECIALLY if Subway happened to be your pregnancy craving, you will cry over said abysmal service).
I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant in the 11 years I've lived here. The only minor issue I encountered was one time when they forgot my bacon. The staff is always friendly and never rude, providing excellent customer service. The food is great, and the cookies are outstanding. Overall, I give it 5 stars!
