At this Subway franchise, experiences vary significantly among patrons. While some commend the friendly, efficient service from recent staff additions, others express frustration over slow service, inconsistent order accuracy, and frequent ingredient shortages. Complaints about insufficient soup portions and the manager's unprofessional behavior have also surfaced, prompting calls for improvement. Despite these issues, loyal customers praise the restaurant for its fresh, delicious ingredients and excellent customer service, maintaining that it remains a favorite dining choice. Overall, while the restaurant showcases potential with some dedicated employees, it faces challenges that need addressing to restore its former glory.

Watched the girl drop gloves on the ground. Pick the gloves up while gloved. Set the pile of gloves that landed on the floor where they cut your bread. Not change her glove and proceed to touch food. GROSS!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It breaks my heart how much this subway has gone down the tubes. They are always out of ingredients and don’t get the order correct. Not to mention how slow the service due to the fact there just one person that works there. The place is a hot mess with a 1/4 of the inside with stacked boxes of inventory. This use be my favorite Subway and now we have to go into town to get our subs. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch
Slow service, always seems to be training someone or missing ingredients. When ordering for pick up, never ready on time. Service: Take out
I come in the mornings most of the time before school and its always the same person. And i have one thing to say Patricia you need to do your job and not mess up the food. I went in and needed to get two sandwich and it took 8 minutes. And right when it was almost done she went and took bread out of the oven and on the second pan she coughed directly onto the new batch of Italian bread. and this time she was extremely rude she kept on scowling at me because the day before she was so slow my grandmother came in and told me that we had to go and since she was trying to help me and someone else she hurried up and the owner of the shop was right there. And she still messed up the sandwiches .P.S. they were both breakfast sandwiches full egg, ham and turkey with american, and provolone cheese, spinach, bell peppers, onions, mayo, Provencal herbs, with salt and pepper. one on croissant and one n flatbread.P.P.S.future critic I think soJeffrey Dotzler age:125/8/19
