The only slightly negative experience I had was when they forgot my bacon, but overall they are nice, never rude, and provide amazing customer service. The food is good and the cookies are amazing. I would give them 5 stars in the end.

However, the Open sign was still on and the door was wide open,... read more I stopped by just after 9:00pm after a long drive, not realizing the restaurant's closing time. However, the Open sign was still on and the door was wide open, so I assumed they were still open. Upon entering, the employee at the counter informed me that they were closed. I found it rude to be addressed as "bro" and thought it was unprofessional for them to have the Open sign still lit and the front door open if they were closed. Additionally, the staff appeared to be more interested in chatting than cleaning up the store.
