I visited this location once before booking it for my daughter's 2nd birthday and--let me tell you--it was a great choice!! The food was delicious, they took care of EVERYTHING as well. Food, decor, giveaways, activities. It was incredible and my daughter and her guests had the time of their lives! I literally only paid and supplied the cake and they took it from there. What Kat L doesn't like about Twinkle Twinkle Kids' Cafe:
I went today my daughter has a lot of fun but I don't like that they're we're older kids playing in the toy area there is a height limit but they don't enforce it. So my 2 year old was getting bullied by one of thoSe kids. I will not be going back when rules aren't in-forced. View all feedback.
My then-four-year-old twins had their first real birthday party at this venue in 2017. Before that they had only had a small cake and presents with a couple family members hanging around. The toddler twins could have fun tearing the wrapping paper while the adults ate their cake and drank not-birthday-twins ' wine and there were no child peers around at all. Twinkle Twinkle gave us that magical first-time child-birthday-party experience. I am very sad that the current health situation may have made that impossible for others and pushed everyone back into the basically it 's a party for family adults scenario. At some point in their development, kids need to play in a ball pit with other kids and have a party that is about them and not about their parents ' social standing.
I've been here a few times with my kids they have a d rule where you pay per child BUT the adults HAVE to either pay an 8$ fee (per adult) or buy food at the kitchen and you have to spend a minimum of 8$ per adult. You can't just come and bring your kids to play at the playground even though you have already paid for them. We never had a problem with it until today. Sometimes we buy a snack sometimes we don't. On our way out we were approached by a worker he was super rude saying we had to buy food to even be able to be there or pay the fee. It's just not worth the price to have to pay for 2 kids 10$ each and each adult 8$. You're better off going to a more sanitary place like silly goose or even a chuckie cheese. At least there they don't charge adults and they have more to offer. We won't be coming back. Way too pricey and a side note, the ball pit is a mission to get to. There's no emergency exit for you to get to your kids. You have to go through the playground to get to them and cross your fingers that you fit through the tunnels.
My mom has been bringing the kids she nannies here ALL the time for about 2 or 3 years, and recently the owner blatantly embarrassed and disrespected my mom from the moment she walked in the door. The owner asked my mom for the kids ' membership cards, and since she forgot them at home, had the kids go play while she waited at the front desk for a text of the cards. The lady went in to the play place and told the kids that they couldn 't be in there and THEN went to tell my mom that they couldn 't be in there. When my mom got the pictures of the membership cards, they went inside to sit down, and 5 minutes later, was practically being forced to buy something to eat, to which my mom replied with I will buy food, but not right now this reply made the owner mad and raged at my mom for never buying the minimum amount that is required for the membership (My mom always has lunch here and spends more than required) My mom is not one to get pushed around, especially because she is a minority and has had to stand up for herself her whole life here, but she was nothing but respectful. After the owner yelled at her, my mom asks her to cancel the membership, and a whole thing happened where the owner wanted to talk to the kids ' parents. The owner LIED to the kids ' mom saying that my mom was pretty much a bad nanny and never watched the kids. The kids ' parents know this is not true. The parents were not happy about how my mom was treated and they will gladly never go back.
Great spot for kids and parents alike. I appreciate that the parents are free with food purchase. I also like that my 4 year old can roam freely and enjoy himself while I have a bite to eat or coffee and get some work done.
The best place for us,,excellent customer service, very clean place, delicious foods,,my twins favorite play ground!
