These shakes are THE BOMB!! Can’t get enough of this strawberry cream shake ? I don’t have to feel guilty drinking it because it’s healthy !! It’s a A for me !
Awesome work outs. Spin Class on Tuesday and Thursdays are the best. You can spin all week do Zumba and much more. Love
