I’ve preordered twice and both times they’ve “lost” my order. I show them the receipt and they make it, but then I’m 20 minutes behind because I have to wait for them to make food that should have already been made. The whole purpose of ordering ahead and requesting a time is to have it ready at that time. View all feedback.
