Have been coming to this location for years and the wait time has gotten consistently longer within the past 3 months. Pre ordered a cold nugget tray for 4:30PM pickup and arrived at 5:20PM. Tray wasn?t ready and two other customers came in for traypick ups and received there?s right away. Even regular breakfast/ lunch orders through the app result in a long wait once wearrive. Horrible experience have given them multiple opportunities. This restaurant does not care about customers. It’s more of get them and get them out prices go up yet the food go down all my fries were half filled containers are not even open completely my order for a spicy chicken no pickles add cheese had the correct label on the outside yet, they still please pickles and some other cheese food . I’ve been visiting this location for years, but the wait times have been steadily increasing over the past three months. I pre-ordered a cold nugget tray for 4:30 PM pickup, but when I arrived at 5:20 PM, the tray wasn’t ready. Two other customers who came in for tray pickups received theirs right away. Even when I place regular breakfast or lunch orders through the app, I find myself waiting a long time when I arrive.
The setup was really frustrating. Not everyone knows the menu by heart, yet there were employees stationed in front of the menu boards to take orders immediately. With the line moving so slowly, I ended up ordering whatever the employee suggested, and it was just bland. For $30 worth of chicken and fries, they didn’t include a single sauce. As someone who is seven months pregnant, it’s usually hard to complain about a meal, but I definitely can this time.
I've expressed my dissatisfaction with the hash brown bowl several times now. One manager even responded rudely to me when I was just trying to share my experience while spending my money. Can they ever get it right? The bowl is barely filling and has hardly any eggs or meat in it.
Sooo I knew I was getting into a long drive thru line but 23 minutes and having pre-ordered my meal?? I have received faster service at sit down diners! To top it all off I pay $10+ for a lunch deluxe charbroiler chicken sandwich meal and I get abreakfast fila, no lime dressing and large fries a third full of crumbs, for my time and money well spent. Well done, savingmoney Chick-fil-A, recycling your breakfast items (Ordered at 10:31AM) you HAVE saved money...and so will I from now on. Sorrykid, it 's gonna be a long time before Dad ever goes back to that Chick-fil-A. That 's fair Dad. Good kid.
As always, good food, great prices. The experience at this location this morning was positive. My transaction# was 728, register 50, time 833am, total $20.55. They forgot my chicken biscuit and I didn't like the young lady at back register before you reachthe window, who walked up to a customers car to allow their dogs to lick her hand. #yuck. Thank goodness she did not touch mybag, because they would've heard from me before this rating. For those reasons, I'm rating three stars. I'm starting to think,it may be time for me to send my relationship with all CFA restaurant's due to the last three experiences in 7 days.
