Go there all the time, but tonight was the worst customer service I've experienced since its founding in McDonough. Gabby and Tyler need more training in customer service skills. Awful customer service and people skills. Thank you for the young lady who was high, who went beyond and beyond to have only Gabby to have them over. We were fortunate today – they had Dole Whips! We absolutely love Dole Whips! Well, what remains of it, anyway!
This is a wonderful, family-friendly ice cream shop located in downtown Monroe, GA. We make it a point to visit at least once a month to enjoy a scoop!
The staff is fantastic, and there's a wonderful selection. It's a lovely spot to unwind and enjoy a treat.
Candies and ice cream and a ton of candy in the shelves and displays for the kids to beg for. Parking is tough but quaint and the kids love it
