This location is very friendly and is able to turn even large orders quickly. They were a life saving on Halloween if other pizza places would not even react to an online order and were simply rude on the phone. This is my pizza place. Well done. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Little Caesars Pizza:
I'm almost disappointed every time I visit this place. The warm n finished pizzas are never ready. There are always only 1 or 2 people who work at a time. And there is no system/order to get pizzas in a timely matter, to come first served to wait customers. Management must be high!! People go and go on when this is not addressed. Please do better to use and work with customers as we adjust the price increases. View all feedback.
My experience was super food was fresh I ordered 3 pizzas all were on place. The manager took my order that he was pleasant.
Always try to do their best. Especially Jen then josh the young in the register. From the way to make you happy... for just a cheap pizza. Hint... then have a fresh one for you her thin crust is fire
I went to the store last night. The only reason I give this store 5 stars is simply working because of the employees during this time. My wife tried to order online several times and was unable. When I went to the store, I was hit by A.A. and Josh, who were polite. They informed me that the system was closed and they could not open the registers. They could only accept cash and no credit cards. I was told that I had to order online and when I informed them that we couldn't, they took our order politely and made sure we were served hot, fresh pizza. Let me add that many customers came to complain and every time the complaints were treated professionally, although the customers were not friendly at all. Also, when I asked about a manager, I was informed that they had tried to reach one, and the manager would not answer the phone. As a franchise, the owner has to face up and make sure that the operating systems work properly and he/she must be very worthy that the personnel treat this situation very well. Also want to give a scream to Dane, Jen and Dylan. The evening team worked well together and gave the working conditions they treated.
