What Amelia Villella doesn't like about Burger King:
I went here with my parents and they got my burger wrong SIX times in a row, and my parents food wrong as well. It took them until the last time to even offer me any sort of compensation and the cooks were rude and whiny when their manager confronted them about my incorrect order. Food is typically good here, and if not management always makes it right, so customer service is good! Also, Santi on drive thru is the BEST!!!! Great customer service, and no attitude, just smiles! Love his personality. Management give this team member a raise! View all feedback.
