Sino Tea is located in a quiet spot of the Sunnybank Plaza nestled between shops with walls that create privacy even with the wide opening. Had the worst customer service experience yesterday. The staff at the counter was extremely rude and just rushes to make an order without listening to what you have actually asked for. She just dumped what she made, took my money and started chatting with the next customer while i was explaining to her that this is not what i ordered. Simply rude and didn't care.
