Sino Tea & Sonful Noodles - Logan City

It was around 4:00pm and I felt my hunger starting to grow - Sino Tea specialises in Taiwanese style beverages. Feeling peckish? well, they also offer a small variety of meals. I've visited this place countless times and my go-to dish has always been the Beef Brisket Noodle Soup and the Mango Green Tea ???????? I decided to change it up a tad and go with the Fried Noodles w/ Beef and Capsicum (take-away). I didn't expect a long wait as there were only 2 people dining in (they already received their orders and were in the middle of their meals). My wait was around 20-30mins (I ended up following up my order once with the staff) and they said it'll take maybe another 2-3mins.  The food finally arrives - The noodles were stuck together (which is common when you have it take away) that's no problems. I mixed the noodles with the chopsticks and took my first bite, only was I to realise there wasn't much flavour. There was hardly any sauce and the dish only consisted of 6 or 7 slices of beef (was a bit of a letdown). On the pro side of things, the beef was tender and the noodles were soft and slightly chewy. Which was good. Think next time I'll just stick with their Beef Brisket Noodle Soup ???? Note: If you order their Noodle Soups, you can grab extra noodles for free! ????????

I quite like this place. During the weekday they serve food. There are 8 dishes to choose from. I ordered the cold chicken noodle in sesame sauce (take away). At $7.90 it's pretty good. Got it in a combo with Pearl milk tea for $10.90. A really great price for lunch! The chili pork and mushroom ball noodle here is quite good too...love the balls. The pearls here are quite good, chewy and fresh. Whereas Rainbow Milk Tea has slightly soggier pearls. Has some seating that's decorated nicely in an old Chinese style. It's usually tidy. Had the worst customer service experience yesterday. The staff at the counter was extremely rude and just rushes to make an order without listening to what you have actually asked for. She just dumped what she made, took my money and started chatting with the next customer while i was explaining to her that this is not what i ordered. Simply rude and didn't care. On calling to speak with the manager about such a rude service she was the one who answered and said that i can't speak with the manager. I will never be returning to this place that simply lacks principles.

Sino Tea is located in a quiet spot of the Sunnybank Plaza nestled between shops with walls that create privacy even with the wide opening. I ordered the beef soup and a rose green tea with half sugar. I love the ordering system with the amount of sugar added and the list of teas is the longest I've ever seen. My tea was lovely and exactly what I was wanting. We dined around six and were the only people there since the whole plaza was pretty empty so our meals came out in a few minutes. The soup was really tasty and different to the soups I usually order but I enjoyed it very much and found the beef to be so nice. The restaurant was clean and the dark wood and lovely art of the wall made it cosy and beautiful. Our server was nice as well and attentive.
