I placed my order around 4:30 pm, and they moved me along with the next three cars. However, I ended up waiting 15 minutes while they brought food to the other customers, then informed me that the pot pies needed to be baked, which would take another 15 minutes. Since I had already waited 15 minutes, I decided to switch my order to a tender meal to avoid the extra wait. After another 8 minutes, a different employee brought my order and apologized for the delay. Despite all that, when I got home, the food was barely warm. I was very disappointed.

I requested corn and mashed potatoes but received mac and cheese instead, and no corn. Since you’re open until 11, I don’t understand why you couldn’t make extra crispy or provide what I asked for. The tender meal was $25, and the bone-in meal was $19, yet I was charged $25 for the bone-in meal. Next time, I’ll get my chicken elsewhere. I do not recommend this place. The staff were slow and rude.

Wasted $... read more The chicken skin was dark like it had been re-fried in old oil. Wasn't the original crispy chicken we were used to. The meat had a bad smell and taste. Wasted $50 this last trip. And the time before less than desired. The reason why I'm leaving the 1star. Will update if it improves and if I give it another chance.
