Once a dependable neighborhood stop, this Bojangles location now suffers from erratic hours and inconsistent execution. Guests report long drive‑thru waits, missed or incorrect orders, billing mistakes and occasional staff altercations that create a chaotic atmosphere. Food can still hit the mark when orders are handled properly, but cold, dry items and missing beverages undermine reliability. Improved staffing, training and operational consistency are needed to restore this outpost to its former standard.
Everything is usually cold and dry. It's a hit or miss honestly. Also 20 min wait for BoRounds is ridiculous, to be then told they forgot we just said forget it and left. Got charged for a large combo and only got the biscuit. Will not be coming back staff is super slow and incompetent apparently.
The staff at the restaurant are friendly and welcoming. My family and I look forward to returning soon.
Allison is an incredibly sweet person, and the food is consistently delicious.
Fresh, hot, delicious! What I love most about THIS location is the friendly staff! No other Bojangles has friendly staff like this one.
Otw to work, in a hurry. Pepsi and a gravy biscuit please. No pepsi but GRAVY biscuit we got. I get it in a fold up cardboard box.... In the drive through... Tomorrow ill just have em ladel the gravy right in my hand! Or better yet, save the step andjust spray it into the cab of my truck!!! What a genius thought!!
