Our server was excellent. Unfortunately, the fish tasted like it came straight from the Erie Canal. Perhaps it was just an off night? I suppose it's acceptable for Lockport.
We had dinner tonight and the food was fantastic! We were fortunate to be served by John, who was extremely polite, respectful, and well-informed about the menu and specials. He made our experience wonderful, and I highly recommend this place!
This restaurant is often considered one of the better options in Lockport, but I can assure you that it's not. The prices are far too high for the quality offered, and the chef seems to have lost all passion for his work. We could even hear him cursing at the owner, which really set a negative tone for our experience. I would strongly advise against dining here.
My wife and I embarked on a road trip and visited the highly recommended Shamus restaurant. Our experience was exceptional. The portions were generous, and each dish was meticulously prepared to perfection. We were thoroughly impressed and strongly suggest making this restaurant a priority if you find yourself in Lockport. We dined on the patio, which offered a serene and comfortable atmosphere with ample shade. Additionally, the service was outstanding.
