I was feeling a bit unsure about my choices at Panera today, so I asked a lot of questions. The woman who helped me, Lauren, was truly exceptional. She is a tremendous asset to the company. Her knowledge of the menu is remarkable; she remembered the ingredients of nearly every item, even across ten or fifteen different options! What Eric Arellano dislikes about Panera Bread:
I'm really disappointed. This restaurant has been my favorite for over 20 years, and I fondly remember when it was only in Florida when I was a kid. I was so excited when they finally opened a location in my area. Unfortunately, the quality of the bread has declined, and the selection of items is quite limited now. If you're planning to visit, be sure to go early, as many items are already sold out by noon. View all feedback.
