I really appreciated the service we received from our server, Xeia. She was very nice and kind. Thank you for your excellent service!
I hadn't visited this restaurant in a while and was looking forward to the experience, but I was disappointed. I’ll keep this brief: my wife's dish came with cold eggs, and my tacos had runny beans that seemed to be stretched to cover the portion size. To make matters worse, our breakfast took over 15 minutes to arrive, while other diners who came in after us were served before us. Next time, we will likely choose to dine out of town for breakfast, which is a shame because this affects Lockhart's economy. Additionally, the noise level was quite high due to the loud music and ice maker.
Henry’s is our go-to breakfast pace. Well worth the 15 mile drive, Henry’s is consistently excellent. The service is always top notch even while they’re always busy. The food is well prepared and plentiful. Hubs always gets the pork chop plate and I rotate between migas, the egg sandwich, and the short stack with a fried egg on it.
This is the best burger I've ever tasted. The sourdough buns have a homemade quality to them. The charming small-town atmosphere reminded me of home.
Texas culture done well. Had breakfast in an old time, country feel atmosphere. Food was country style, priced right, and portions were good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee was kept hot and our cups full. While it was super busy, we got seated right away. We'll be back for lunch and dinner soon. We hear great things about those meals too.
