Some of the staff are incredibly unwelcoming and rude. Not a pleasant experience despite its position.

Food that came was still raw (actually frozen... read more Awful experience from start to finish! Staff were very abrupt and just rude even though we tried to speak Spanish. Food that came was still raw (actually frozen . No real apologies and when we said we wanted to change for something different they still bought the same plate back having been microwaved. Rest of food was edible but they charged 150 € (for 6 lots of chicken, chips and soft drinks and when we said we weren’t paying for the uncooked dish (which we hadn’t eaten they threatened to call the police and then 5 staff followed us back onto the beach shouting and saying they would call the police as that’s how things work in Mallorca (I’ve been to Mallorca many times and clearly it isn’t! . I was truly appalled by how rude and unprofessional the staff were. Wish I’d read the reviews before we ate as would not have gone anywhere near this place. Quite simply avoid as a complete rip off.
