Our server was sweet and attentive, o... read more We have dined here several times and always enjoyed the food and atmosphere but this time it was like the chef was not in. Our server was sweet and attentive, our table was nice, truly the only problem was the food was subpar. Bland, over cooked steak and just okay salmon dishes, even the salads were not as normally prepared. I love this place and I hope it was just an off night.

The grits underneath were fine, but nothing standout. The peppadew relish on the chop was the highlight of the dish, which is unfortunate. As for the deep-fried cauliflower appetizer, it was missing something, and the sauce didn’t contribute much either. I had heard good things about this place, but I was left feeling underwhelmed. I hope my honesty is forgiven.
