Make sure you ask the butcher how much a cut of meat is BEFORE he cuts it. We inquired about the chuck roast. We were quoted $5.99 per pound The butcher charged us an extra $1.00 per pound with the justification being it was cut from a fresher cow. You should definitely let a customer know up front if there's an extra charge prior to charging them. It's just good business practice. View all feedback.
They did an excellent job processing my deer. The staff is very friendly, and Matt always takes the time to come out and greet everyone. They also make delicious pizza and sandwiches! I give them a perfect 10 out of 10!

I?m from Texas and my father raised beef. I had them cut two 8 oz. filets and by far the most tender filet I have ever eaten. Awesome. I will be back.
