One of my favorite places to stop in Livingston. The amount of meat on the sandwiches is incredible, and I have to mention that I really enjoy the pickles as well. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pickle Barrel:
The sandwiches and ice cream were delicious. However, the customer service was terrible. The young man at the register, Christopher, (with the black glasses)was rude and condescending. Thankfully we are just passing through traveling. I wouldn?t go back if I lived here! Manager of The Pickle Barrel, please teach your employees respect, kindness and to be more helpful! I love the sandwiches they make here. Friendly staff the only problem I have is that they have terrible hours I really have to close at 4 o'clock I am not even out of work until 5 o'clock I can suggest, maybe close at 7 o'clock
A notebook of my childhood, the annual visits to Livingston to see my family, was to get a steak sandwich and get ice cream. Actually, I demanded it! I love this place.
Pickle barrel was great. Bring your appetite because 2 of us couldn't finish our half sandwiches. A quarter sandwich is about enough for anybody. Ingredients tasted fresh. We had group of 5. Everyone was happy with their food. Fast, friendly service and a decent bathroom to boot. 5 stars, no complaints. Thanks for a great lunch!
Ginormous sandwiches!! I ordered a 1/2 sandwich and realized a 1/4 would have been enough to satisfy my hunger. Great variety of choices for sammies, Wilcoxson's ice cream bar. Soup and chili options and the famous pickles to accompany their delicious eats. Super friendly staff! We'll be back for sure!
We had the Ken's Special on wheat. Delicious! It was a huge sandwich. I'm glad my husband and I split it. Cost for half a sun and a soda was only $10. Service was very quick.
