Saigon Cafe - Livermore

I used to love this place but $18 for fried rice is ridiculous. Just plain greed. Probably costs 5 dollars to make and $18 dollars for plain fried rice! Insulting andshameful. We have families too.

I admit that your Rice noodles are really famous, and I like your dishes very much, but I want to know why you are so rude? Because of the package I ordered? Or is it because of your inaccurate prediction (I won't give you a tip or is the tip very low? In fact, the tip I give starts at 20% each time. I always go to your restaurant with my friends for meals. I won't say I won't go to your restaurant again, but I will reduce my visits to your place. Just because you're impolite doesn't mean your boss is impolite! I'm really angry, but it doesn't matter anymore. I hope you can work happily and at least not treat customers impolitely

Excellent pho, terrible Vietnamese iced coffee. Will go back for my pho fix!UPDATE: used to be really good, however something is now off w the pho broth and meat. The service isn’t very good and the waitress was rude w no manners. Also the restaurant and bathroom are very dirty, cold and dingy.

Odd infrastructure, the door is loud and it slams hard. Menu is simple and well sized. Tables are small. The soup is somewhat... sweet, I like that. I noticed they gave much more onions than most places. Their combo pho doesn't have meatballs though. Other than that, they do all of the element of pho very well, soup doesn't taste bland or like raw noodle water, a small and nice hole in the wall. I appreciate the above average quality noodle soup, hard to find around here. Would come again if I didn't live so far away...

The Pho here is pretty good but the restaurant is very filthy…the walls and the floors look like they never get cleaned. Not an enjoyable atmosphere to eat in.
