What User doesn't like about Rebel Kitchen Libations:
Rebel is a very small restaurant and bar. The interior and exterior seating are quite uncomfortable. Although it wasn't busy, the service was incredibly slow, as if there were twice as many cooks as waitstaff! The fries were soggy, but everything else was acceptable. We probably won’t return.
