Dickey's Barbecue Pit - Livermore

Upon entering the restaurant, I was immediately transported to another world by the enticing aroma of meat, the lively music, and the beautiful interior design. I ordered a chicken burger with a side of beef Mac n cheese, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the side dish was even larger than the burger itself - and it was delicious! The meat was cooked perfectly, tender and not too tough. The grill sauce had a much richer flavor than any store-bought version I've tried before.

This restaurant serves the best BBQ in town with the biggest portions at affordable prices.

The service at this restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious and satisfying. I ordered the 2 meat plate with pulled pork and brisket, both of which were flavorful and generously portioned, leaving me with leftovers for tomorrow. The menu is extensive and comes with a tasty dinner roll. I also appreciated the large yellow reusable cups. The staff, including the friendly owner and his son who assisted me at the cashier, were attentive and adhered to all necessary COVID precautions. Despite Dickeys being a chain, this location in Livermore felt like a genuine local restaurant. I would give it five stars.
