Costco Wholesale - Livermore

I love this Costco. This one is so conveniently close to the freeway (580). And their shelves are always fully stocked, and they offer a variety of food and snacks. I especially really enjoy the Asian snacks that they carry. For example, today I found these delicious salted egg yolk crackers, fish jerky, dried baked scallops, and these cute mini taro cakes. I haven't tried the scallops and the taro cakes, but I really love the salted egg yolk crackers. I also have tried the fish jerky, which is super good. I also typically buy some bulk household items from Costco as well, such as toilet papers, paper towels, hand soap refills, coffee, creamer, etc. Parking is typically not too bad at this Costco especially at daytime during work days. I try to avoid visiting Costco on the weekend though.

Costco, we are not paying you the membership to have privileges to treat us badly. I went to Costco today and purchased some items. Then a lady ask the receipt and I presented her the receipt. Then I asked whether she can walked be to the gate since it has already be checked. I told her that does not make sense. Why my receipt needs to be check twice? And I discussed to that to the manager that not make me feel right. If you include 2 times receipt check if using self checkout, you should put a tag in the self out place. Using self checkout is to save time, and 2 times checking does not do the goods. I feel I am specially treated. And also is costco really have rights to check twice. I already paid my thing and it is verified by one of staff. The second checking does not make sense. Costco manager is not law enforcement. I think checking one time is to make sure all the things got paid is fine. But the additional check I am feel the store does not respect my time and my human rights. Really bad experience and I think Costco warehouse needs to know that they should respect the customers who support their business. You can be the preference now but you will not be the one if you mistreat your clients.

I've had my Costco membership for 1 year now. I find myself going to their gas station often. Cheapest gas around! Also some great pizzas too! But duuude! Note to self, do not come here on a Sunday. It's a zoo! All I wanted was a slice of Pizza. The lines were super long.

I am so shock. I never seen such a rude Costco employee. There was no gas station attendant so I call the admin office to let them know. I told them I was wondering where your attendant. She said why are you ok, do you need to honk ?I say I 'm fine but nobody was controlling the station like usual. And the pumps were very unusually unorganized because of no attendant. She was very nasty and asked is it because a lot of people are getting gas . She was very rude not like most Costco employees are. I thought they should know that there was no gas attendant.

The store is good but some of the cashiers are very rude. I haven't seen this issue with several other Costco I have been to. Maybe using self-checkout could be a better option here. They have ample parking spots. They also have the gad station and tire center onsite.
