Great staff and delicious ice cream! Good prices for what you get. I highly recommend a predetermined recipe for ice and toppings. Do not forget to ask about their secret menu!
Unable to reach someone by phone. Unable to register and checkout as logged in to buy cakes. Uploaded 4x for a cake without email verification. It almost feels like a fraud. Edit: 1 star 5 stars Ok, so I actually got a call from a cold stone employee (less to my voicemail, but I could call back and place a cake order by phone. This is not how the website works. It is still a terrible experience to order a cake online, but this is not necessarily this cold stone error. Overall annoying to get the cake, but hot damn that ice cream cake (so cheap! it was worth it.

Are you kidding? Best place for ice cream of all flavors!
This place has awesome staff and they are very pleasant and cheerful in attending to customers. We had to wait due to the 4 people inside the store requirement but it was totally worth waiting for. Don't forget to tip the staff if enjoyed watching them make your treat.
