The staff and owner are friendly and eager to please. It is not fast food, do not expect a hastily served meal. Linger and enjoy your meal like Europeans do. I did put 3 stars for service because I don't want people to expect their food to come quickly. But personally I go there when I'm not in a hurry, and have enjoyed excellent meals.Food: 5/5 View all feedback.

Unfortunately they have become victims of their own success. Had a very long (45 minute) wait for a sandwich on a Tuesday lunch. The food was good but unfortunately because I had to get back to work I wasn't able to enjoy it. The staff is friendly and helpful but I wish I had been warned when I placed my order, I would have gone somewhere else and tried again later. View all feedback.
Amazing! I had no idea they offered gluten-free options. The pasta sauce was delicious and the sandwich was one of the best I've had in years. I ordered both gluten-free options and they were really tasty. I will definitely be ordering from here more often!
The third sandwich was tasty but quite salty and unbalanced. It could use more sauce to enhance the flavor. Overall, the prices and portions are too large so it would be better to share with someone.
This is the worst BLTA I have ever received. There was barely a small piece of tomato, no avocado, no sauce on the bread, and the roll was only half filled.
I saw this restaurant in an article about best sandwiches in the Bay area. And they did not disappoint!
The 19. Chicken Parmesan Sandwich is pretty good, but would be nice if it came with extra marinara on the side as the bread soaks up most of it
