Yo the cookies here got crack in them (just kidding) BUT they are the best in this area for sure!!! Food is good too would be nice to have it be a bit more affordable as well View all feedback.
What CAROL WARD doesn't like about Jersey Mike's Subs:
Very slow service. The manager did not ask the workers to be faster. All in all it took 20 minutes to get 2 subs manager did not Assist when there were 5 people in line just stood there playing with condiments View all feedback.
Very busy location. I know they have their business plan but they definitely need another slice it with more employees. With the to go orders and you align that usually out the door for lunch They need more help. I know Jersey Mike's is a great company. This location is definitely one of the busier ones
Love this place however,last week I was there and I ordered my usual sandwich and gave me the wrong one,i called them to let them know that I got the wrong sandwich but they never said if they were going to credit me or give me a free sandwich ????
Excellent customer service from the moment you walk in. Fast service. Clean locale with ample parking.
Amazingly friendly, even gave us day trip suggestions, fantastic food too, would highly recommend
Thank you for everything. This is by far the best Jersey Mike?s in Bergen county. Phenomenal staff and food.
