I had to ask where the breakfast menu was, they turned the spinning menus around to the breakfast menu. After receiving my order (sandwich, home fries, cold coffee), the counterperson disappeared. There was no cream for my coffee and I had to get someone 's attention for cream. Then I had to get thecook 's attention to ask for napkins since there were none in the dining room and none came with my meal. He brought me papertowels that were literally torn in half. Then I tried to get ketchup for the home fries but both ketchup vats were empty. Whenthe cook came out to bring a couple more half paper towels, I said It seems like you guys weren 't ready for customers. Hesaid What do you mean? I said There was no cream, no ketchup and no napkins. He said the person who orders the trucks isnot very good. The only reason I rated at 2 stars instead of one is that the sandwich and coffee was pretty good.

I ordered food in the app for execution and went to the restaurant to pick it up, but no one would answer the knock on the locked door or the multiple phone cal... read more I ordered food in the app for execution and went to the restaurant to pick it up, but no one would answer the knock on the locked door or the multiple phone calls. In the meantime, all the time, 4 people of food were served inside and sat at a table. I still don't know how they got in since every door was locked. The best part is that they still uploaded my card for my food, although I couldn't get it. I call that comfort. Thank you. Wendy's to help me with intermittent fasting.

We waited at least seven minutes inside before anyone took our order, even though there was only one person ahead of us. It took another twelve minutes for our taco salads to arrive. The staff appeared more interested in chatting than in attending to customers, showing no sense of urgency at all. I definitely won’t be coming back. Fast food is no longer fast in any way!

Also, although it says the lobby... read more This is definitely not a fast food place! The drive-thru is the slowest I've ever encountered; I waited in line for 20 minutes. Also, although it says the lobby is open until 10 PM, the doors were locked when I got there.
