I am thrilled that Lititz now offers more vegan options. The choices at this cafe are distinctive, delicious, and enjoyable!
My wife and I are doing the coffee tour in Lancaster, and this stop was our second. Right across the street from our first stop, this one was better for us. They had many sugar-free syrup options, which made our day. My wife was excited that she could order one of their holiday drinks sugar-free, and it was delicious! She had the strawberry, chocolate latte. There were a lot of food options but for this trip we were just getting coffee.
Went to the cheese shop in Lititz and bought some delicious cheese there. Also had a wonderful conversation with the woman who gave us samples and we asked where we could buy some bread to eat with the cheese.Directed us to Arabella's so we went there. They did not have the type of bread we wanted but had some in the display case that looked interesting.Bought two of those puffs of bread that looked like oversized corn muffins. They were delicious! The young woman behind the counter was very pleasant and helpful and as we were talking to her about the the other things in the display case, I noticed a woman in her 50's serving some couple at a table enjoying a meal. The older woman came back to the counter and introduced herself as the owner and found out thru us asking about her accent that she was from Brazil. When my friend mentioned she was taking me out for my birthday the next day, the woman congratulated me and then reached in to the display case and brought out 2 nice pastries as a present. She then gave me another small chocolate that tasted like a soft brownie, all free as a present for my coming birthday. The bread muffins we purchased were delicious as were the free pastries as a present. The ambiance, pleasant staff and cheerful and gracious owner made it a great experience in Lititz. Will definitely stop there again for sure and eat lunch next time we visit Lititz.
