Historically great place, lately it seems like they are struggling with managment/prioritization. We waited for 1.5 hours for cheese pizza, fries and wings. Ultimately had to take it to go. Great service staff, good food. Banger option if you want takeout. Seemed like kitchen was prioritizing to go orders over in house seating. Waitstaff running around with the hand tied tryingto appease hungry customers in house as they wait. If you want to eat there it 's a nice atmosphere, I would recommend orderingto go so you get preferential order and then decide to eat it there . I don 't want free stuff, just want Uncommon to take thatextra step to being more efficient so that they stay in business
Ordered food for pickup. Small buffalo chicken pizza and a 12 inch buffalo chicken sub. Once home unwrapped what I thought was my buffalo chicken sub to my surprise a buffalo chicken cheesesteak. Called immediately at 7:39 was told a the correct sub wouldarrive 30 minutes later. Still no sub at 8:30 called again to be updated with its on the way the driver has it. At 9 the drivershows up with the saddest excuse of a buffalo chicken sub. Next to no buffalo sauce and poorly tossed together.
