The lady who was running the register actually came around to different tables and asked how everything was. You rarely even get a friendlyperson at the counter so this experience really stood out.

The 3 people who serviced me were super friendly and accommodating, but more than anything, the service I witnessed to 3 elderly women was amazing. The ladieswere helped through each step of the monitor ordering process, they could still pay cash, they were treated with such respectand were so thankful for the help he provided. Before I left I thanked Troy for his service! It's only Taco Bell, but he madethat experience for my family and for those ladies. You can't get service like that at most restaurants these days. Definitely 5Stars!

So basically I was charged extra, but got the basic option.Last night ordere... read more On two occasions I ordered a Doritos Locos Taco Supreme, and received a regular.... So basically I was charged extra, but got the basic option.Last night ordered a DLT (reg) with chicken, which a 75 cents upcharge, and received a beef DLT regular. On both occasions I called to make them aware of the error, and of course they wanted to replace it.... But I was already at home, and I didn't want to go all the way back there. Furthermore, I shouldn't have to, if the order was correct in the 1st place.....and to make it worse we were the only car in the drive thru.....So what was the reason the order wasn't accurate?....there was no line etc... You feel deceived, and there is an aspect of dishonesty that I'm not a fan of. I'm not sure what the issue is, but if they could please do a better job with making orders accurately, that would be greatly appreciated.
