I've never once received hot food here, often it's not even warm. I sit here now looking at my cold unappitizing burger and it's obvious it wasnever even warm since the cheese isn't melted at all. Don't waste your money.

I've had some experiences with quick, precise, and outstanding service, but there have also been times when the service was slow, items were missing, and the staff seemed uninterested. One significant drawback is that every time I visit, the food preparation area looks unclean. While it's not my top choice for fast food in Lititz, I would still eat there if I had to.

The assistant manager was quite unfriendly when I raised the issue, and I didn't appreciate his attitude. When I mentioned that I would be leaving a review, he sarcastically responded, "Have fun."

When my order was finally prepared ten minutes later, I received basic sandwiches instead of what I had originally requested. I feel cheated as none of my extras—each of which cost an additional dollar—were included. Given the lack of professionalism at this establishment, I believe I deserve compensation for my entire meal. I was supposed to have extra pickles, extra onions, and cheese, but none of that was provided. I definitely will not be coming back.
