Burger King - Lititz

This restaurant can be quite inconsistent. I've experienced fast, accurate, and excellent service, but I've also had instances of slow service, missing items, and staff who seem indifferent. One major downside is that every time I go inside, the food prep area appears dirty. It's not my favorite fast food spot in Lititz, but I'll still eat there if necessary.

I was disappointed that the restaurant refused to honor a promotion that was advertised at the registers, claiming they couldn't make the change. The assistant manager was quite unfriendly when I brought it up, and I didn't appreciate his attitude at all. When I mentioned that I would leave a review, he sarcastically told me to "have fun."

After waiting a total of 35 minutes in line for a mobile order, they handed me the wrong order. Ten minutes later, when they finally scrambled together my order, they gave me basic sandwiches instead of what I had ordered. I feel like I've been robbed since I didn't receive any of my extras, which cost an additional dollar each. I believe I deserve compensation for my entire meal due to the lack of professionalism in this establishment. I was supposed to have extra pickles, extra onions, and cheese, none of which were included. I will definitely not be returning.

Do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else. I've tried time and time again, but this location is just bad. I've never once received hot food here, often it's not even warm. I sit here now looking at my cold unappitizing burger and it's obvious it wasnever even warm since the cheese isn't melted at all. Don't waste your money.

First they didn?t have any chicken products. Then my whopper comes in a chicken sandwich bun. They didn?t even have 1 dollar bills I had to get 4$ in quarters. And they offered sauces and never put in the ones I asked for .
