fine eating in Lismore. eating was nice, warm, friendly environment, service was thought out and in good time. one of our party bought one of the drinks that tasted like vinegar so that she could not drink it. she offered a replacement when the waitress heard us that we encouraged her to get another drink. What Syrah Fish doesn't like about The Loft:
Ate here 3 years ago and rated it 2 stars but didn’t review it with detail.. was then harassed by restaurant as to why I gave a 2 star review.. well, I still remember, so here’s why : Food incredibly average fish undercooked) and poor staff attitude. Go elsewhere. Deserves to be ‘temporarily closed’. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 View all feedback.
Best chic restaurant in lismore hands down. From the outside it can look like another building in the lismore Cbd. But if you enter immediately...
My wife and I were in Lismore a few months ago and the last dinner we had there was in the Loft restaurant. So happy we tried this setup as...
A great local, fine service. This little trail way treasure is sure to impress.
Yup, the prices are ok for the amazing food - both good sized and exceptional quality.Great menu, great wine/drinks list and a quirky type of atmosphere and seating, that really does work. No view, tucked away in a alley way - it's Lismore's take on a fine dining restaurant from Melbourne. It was such a shame our waiter was a bit arrogant. Had to play by his rules. FFS, please just leave the bottle of wine of the table so we can help ourselves when we want to and not wait for you to come back and pour our glasses please. If you're pouring my glass of wine and I'd like to order something, don't tell me to wait and then go away and serve another table. It made our dinner really frustrating.
An excellent dining experience. I would put this on the more upmarket end of dining experiences in town, however in saying that, prices are very reasonable, about $50 for two courses. The food was superb, we had the brisket entree and lamb Main, which were very flavoursome and beautifully presented. The staff are friendly and very attentive. Like a lot of places in Lismore, entrance is down an alley way, slightly hard to find. There is signage on the street with arrows.
