Space Bars Gelato - Lismore

The delicious handmade ice cream (or is it gelato, I'm not sure what the difference is, but I know it's delicious) at this restaurant is made with natural ingredients and even includes (vegan) pineapple honey. We tried the vanilla ice cream with cashews (it almost tasted like coffee) and the blueberry cheesecake ice cream - both were amazing! This place is sure to be a hit this summer.

They are guided by a vegan family, they make all their own gelato and also sell goodies from flour of life bakery, decadent handmade chocolates and other vegan tasty. it is worth checking at least 3 times, we go at least weekly.

I have enjoyed several gelatos' at the Lismore Car Boot Market. Watching the creation of your order is fun ... with all the liquid nitrogen evapourating into the air in mystical clouds. Yummy vegan.
