The main dishes are heated, causing the potatoes to dry out and the windows inside and outside to be dirty. The carpet is as stale as the food. The service is bad and there is a lack of follow-up.

Had a gluten intolerant celiac guest with us. Chef Mark Berridge came to our table and checked gluten-free products and cooked...up a fantastic meal original and delicious. Can't say enough about the personal attention and quality of cooking. Breakfast was also top notch. Very recommended.

The restaurant was beautiful and the table was next to the window with an incredible view of the river. The waiter took our order and everything seemed fine. The food came and the waiter was gone until we finished. My water had gone halfway through the meal and my wife never received the gravitation she demanded. We asked that our fries be made a little crispy, but that never happened. The bowl of the seafood cahowder was not very large, but was very good and filled with seafood. I thought it was strange that it wasn't with crackers or a role. If the waiter would come back to check us out, I would have asked for a role. The rest of the food was satisfactory. Better service would have made this a very pleasant Ovelall experience.

The prices were high for the lackluster meals being served. After our disappointing dinner, we opted to dine elsewhere for the remainder of our stay. There are limited options in the area, and perhaps that is why this restaurant does not strive for excellence. With new owners in place, hopefully changes will be made to improve the overall dining experience.
