The pizza order was wrong (due to fair misunderstanding) however when called back made no effort to fix it This is very disappointing seeing as we have ordered several times and are frequent visitors. Such a shame to be treated so poorly as we are regulars. Service: Take out

Service whilst definitely not unpleasant could have been better. When we arrived there was no one to seat us. After waiting a few moments we noticed a sign upstairs which read 'wait here to be seated ' or something to that affect. We went up stairs and waited 3-5 mins during which time a member of staff walked passed us. Upon their return they pointed us back downstairs. Again, once seated, staff member was attentive but overall service could be improved slightly.

Last night we celebrated a big birthday there with a large party (12), and as always the staff met the challenge with apparent ease. The food was excellent. I especially recommend the ribs and the Brie starter.
