Feedback
Bob Stewart's restaurant offers a varied dining experience that has left some patrons disappointed while delighting others. Many guests have enjoyed excellent food, highlighting dishes like roast beef and lamb, praised for their quality and flavor. However, complaints have surfaced about overcooked meals and inconsistency in service, especially regarding previously dog-friendly policies. The ambiance, reminiscent of a cozy Irish pub, has received positive notes, but issues with temperature control have marred the atmosphere. Despite these mixed reviews, the restaurant’s friendly staff and commitment to improvement are encouraging signs for future visits.
This restaurant is a fantastic choice for Sunday lunch. We sampled a variety of dishes from the menu, and they were all delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is great.
We were seated close to the music and since we hadn't seen our friends in a while, we needed a quieter place to catch up. The staff were very accommodating and moved us without any issue. We were thankful for their help. The atmosphere was delightful.
We visited Bob Stewart’s with family and everyone enjoyed their time. The food was excellent, could not fault anything. It was so delicious nobody wanted it to end. We had my 18 month grandson with us and they looked after him extremely well, making sure he had everything he needed. Just loved the place and will definitely be back.
Went in for Sunday lunch and was really disappointed with it. It wasn’t cheap so definitely expected better quality. Meat was too tough could barely cut it, mash too salty and gravy had no taste. Not often I leave a review but feel like it was a waste of money. Pub is nice for a pint but wouldn’t be back for food
