Paid for order in shop at 7.15pm after waiting for about 5 m... read more I ordered online at Cohannon shop at 6.30pm, (4 pizzas 2 chips was given collection time of 7.10pm. Paid for order in shop at 7.15pm after waiting for about 5 minutes for someone to come to the till! After checking, the young female worker advised that they were waiting on one more pizza. I was standing so long I actually began to feel lightheaded. Eventually I went to a more senior (in age . Staff member, asking what was going on with my order. She responded there was some problem with the pizza oven, (funny how every other customer seemed to get their pizzas no problem!!! finally after a few seconds I was given my order at 7.25pm. That’s not the best of it!!! When we arrived home, we discovered one of the pizzas had incorrect toppings!!!! Absolutely atrocious service and staff don’t seem to care about the customer. Definitely gone downhill

I wish it hadn't... the two girls behind the till made no effort to greet me with a smile they were more worried about their conversation about something they'd seen on Facebook (surprise)... I ordered the 2 piece snack box with came with chips. A reasonable price of 2.99, unfortunately this is the only bonus I can take from my trip here... the chips that I managed to find in the box with any sort of potato on them when squeezed where riddled in oil, the rest of the chips where ends and what looked like last week's chips just reheated.. the 2 pieces of southern fried chicken again soaked in oil and Just horrible to eat... AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

The chips are over cooked, full of little bits and the... read more We have used pg chips since it first opened and unfortunately the other recent poor reviews are spot on . The chips are over cooked, full of little bits and the other food is also dry and over cooked. Very unappetising food which mostly ended up in the bin. I will travel into Lisburn in future rather than use PG chips again.
