In the lobby of the tivoli hotel. we spent a few hours on the days we stayed in the hotel just sitting and riding with other viking river cruisers that we just met. I've been testing a couple of beers and a few appetizers.
If you are interested in a change of tempo light dinner, then the lobby bar is an excellent alternative. Not only is it a cozy lounge to share a cocktail without the glitter of the upper floor outdoor lounge, it also offers them an excellent choice of light food the service is excellent the drinks good and the atmosphere is quiet and restful after a day of tour in lisbon.
