Terrible, terrible service and waiting staff have left us in a round. we went only for drinks and appetizers and finished spending over two hours, especially tr... read more Terrible, terrible service and waiting staff have left us in a round. we went only for drinks and appetizers and finished spending over two hours, especially trying to get service and then try to get the bill. when we finally got the bill that was one. single bill, although we were couples and had asked for separate checks, we warned against a euro store for water that we did not order. the maitre d’e took the leak away to repair it, but minutes later gave us the same bill. We've finally paid ourselves disgusting and never will leave again. we recommend this hotel again. the service in portugal is in the very excellent, but we strongly advise to stay on the tivoli or eat or drink.

Not only is it a cozy lounge to share a cocktail without the glitter of the upper floor outdoor lounge, it also offers them an excellent choice of light food the service is excellent the drinks good and the atmosphere is quiet and restful after a day of tour in lisbon.
