I ordered from the door dash customer service from the restaurant is definitiw missing. oxtail had barely meats only bones and fat for $16 at the same time smallest portions they can imagine that supposed to come with the plate and need to move aromen. do not waste their time or money!

Overall a great experience with the representative on the phone. I am a Jamaican who is trying to get into the African culture of eating and needs a lot of help to figure out what to try.The attendant was kind, helpful and friendly. This is appreciated and welcomed. The fufu and goat agusi were good tasting and overall my daughter and I enjoyed the experience of venturing outside of our norm.One suggestion to help with getting the experience from good to exceptionally great is reducing the wait time. When that adjusted the overall customer service experience will be impacted positively.Thanks for the helpfulness and the warm welcome with the mention of “hoping to see you again”. It was very special and I thank the team for making my experience as memorable and personalized as it was.

Wow where do I begin from the greeting walking in was so warm the Muslim girl apologize forgot your name but the energy you have something beyond amazing. Your service so professional outstanding I have been here a couple times was OK but the service I received from her had to post your the perfect person. So I see the negative post people I disagree and my food was nice neat so please go ask for her.?? ?
