Subway - Linden

It’s never open and the hours on the site and door are wrong they was already closed by 8:30

The manager is very friendly and hard working and cares about the people who work with her and the customers that come in.

Placed an online order and came in to pick it up, the worker said are you here for the online order to which I said yes. She said I 'm working on them now. I sat down to wait, tipped $4 and she said here you go and handed them to me. I left and got home 20 minutes later only to realize she gave me the wrong order so I called to let them know. This is where it all went wrong. I asked for a refund as I was given the wrong order and instead of just saying yes, can I have your order to do that the worker proceeded to tell me we needed to bring the sandwiches in immediately. I told her the order was wrong and she asked what sandwiches we got so I described them to which she said You 're lying, I didn 't make any Roast beef sandwiches today! Meanwhile, I 'm looking at a roast beef sandwich ?‍ So my husband takes the sandwiches up there to get a refund and he had to stand in line as there were about 3 people in front of him. The 1st person in line was having their order made and it was wrong too. My husband got up to the register, the manager/owner comes out and takes the sandwiches and throws them away rather than looking at their employees ' mistake that they insisted we bring back to show them. They didn 't scan our credit card to do a return. They simply refused service so my husband told the people in line You might want to check your sandwiches to make sure you 're getting the right order! 2 foot long sandwiches that cost $20.03 with a BOGO 50% off one sandwich coupon with a $4 tip and they wouldn 't even make it right by replacing the order, refunding our order or anything. We will never order from here again and we 've already disputed the charge with our bank. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

This subway gave me food poisoning, service was awful and there was one worker who was absolutely awful to me. I think her name read Tammy on the name tag. I highly advise you not to come to this subway if your on a road

Just got subway coupons in the mail from linden post office, there’s only one subway in linden, tried using it but they don’t accept it. False claims
