I ordered over $37 worth of food, which included a footlong... read more I've been a regular customer for many years, but after my latest experience, that loyalty has ended. I ordered over $37 worth of food, which included a footlong sandwich and a half sandwich. While the footlong arrived in a sealed bag, the half sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant to address the issue, and after several minutes, a staff member informed me that they couldn't help since both sandwiches were supposedly in the sealed bag. I tried to express my frustration, but the employee offered no apology or solution and insisted that I should just contact DoorDash to report the issue. To my shock, he even asked me why I was upset with him. It's really disappointing to feel brushed off like that. They've certainly lost a loyal customer.

The food is mediocre, and the staff seems unprofessional and unaware of their responsibilities. The owner's defensive and confrontational responses to reviews indicate that these problems have been persistent. I've also had multiple disappointing experiences that reflect a troubling trend. I would recommend skipping this place and choosing one of the many other dining options in the area.
