My son introduced me to Subs&Co, and after he ordered some subs from there, I was hooked—they were incredibly tasty! Now, whenever we have a craving for subs, it's just a quick phone call away!
I've been a regular customer for many years, but after my latest experience, that loyalty has ended. I ordered over $37 worth of food, which included a footlong sandwich and a half sandwich. While the footlong arrived in a sealed bag, the half sandwich was missing. I called the restaurant to address the issue, and after several minutes, a staff member informed me that they couldn't help since both sandwiches were supposedly in the sealed bag. I tried to express my frustration, but the employee offered no apology or solution and insisted that I should just contact DoorDash to report the issue. To my shock, he even asked me why I was upset with him. It's really disappointing to feel brushed off like that. They've certainly lost a loyal customer.
The food was amazing! I typically prefer crusty bread, but this soft roll sub shop has me reconsidering my choices. It's a real game changer! The quality is genuinely outstanding, especially for such reasonable prices. I highly recommend it!

This restaurant used to be quite good and offered decent service, but unfortunately, it has declined over time. The food is mediocre, and the staff seems unprofessional and unaware of their responsibilities. The owner's defensive and confrontational responses to reviews indicate that these problems have been persistent. I've also had multiple disappointing experiences that reflect a troubling trend. I would recommend skipping this place and choosing one of the many other dining options in the area.
