Whataburger - Lindale

The customer service and atmosphere at this restaurant are excellent. The food was decent, but since it was my first time at Whataburger, I can't compare it to anything else. My nieces really enjoyed it though.

I have always loved Whataburger and this particular location lived up to my high expectations. The service was incredibly friendly, especially the woman working the drive-thru who was exceptionally polite. Her great service has me looking forward to returning soon!

The restaurant was messy, with flat soda and excessive sauce on my sandwich, making it fall apart in my hand. The food was barely warm and far from hot. The only positive was that I didn't have to wait long for my food since I ordered ahead on the app, but even then I still had to wait 12 minutes for a sandwich that was not hot, despite being the only car there. Shake my head.

I love this Whataburger! The staff is great and they always have a smile for you. The food here is better than most Whataburger restaurants I have been to. One more thing that never happens at any other Whataburger you won't spend over 10 min in line here.They are great.

This was horrible, first girl taking order wasn't listening, repeated order and still no drink with it. Then when I got order, I drove down road short way pulled over and my burger is COLD, MEAT IS COLD. IT DID NOT HAVE TIME TO BE COLD . DO BETTER GUYS
