Taco Bell - Lindale

I don't usually write reviews. today I met the most helpful person to work in taco bell. dek is an absolute joy to serve you. dek has a great work ethics and is there to help with all the problems they can have with the touchscreen order kiosk. instead of yelling out their names for their order, he brings it to you. dek also took the time to check on some customers who waited to make food. he verified what her order was and took her out. dek also has great communication skills with his employees. in the fast food industry it is easy to frustrate with their employees. lindale comes out and looks dek. this young man should not be long in the taco bell. the future is for dek bright. taco bell lindale, you have great work for you.

Great customer service my food was good. Everywhere has a shortage of staff so just be KIND!

Sat in the drive through for almost twenty minutes before they took the orders for the four cars in front of me. This isn’t the first time this has happened at this location, they are incredibly slow at night.

The new drive thru girl they have at night now is amazing. Very kind and sweet. Honestly lately it's a breath of fresh air like life before pandemic

Food wasn't very hot but employees were nice. Burrito seemed to have been rolled the wrong direction. All the meat was at one end and the beans were at the other, instead of being combined in each mouthful. Not real happy with that. A mouthful of room temperature refried beans isn't very enjoyable.
