on a day with my niece it was their choice to eat here as they were before. it is a busy pub, we visited late on a Sunday afternoon, but the carvery was still served. we ordered us in the menu. my nies had chickenburger and pizza, my partner and I had cattleburger and chicken wings. there were a few tvs to show games, so it was pretty busy and loud, but I had nothing to do with that, although it meant we waited a bit... Cahil the funny well groomed waiter dealt with two disable people. His attention to detail and knowledge of menu was outstanding. He went over and beyond the call of duty for us. Will definitely come back because of his care attention and sunny disposition!? This man deserves a raise. Amazing customer service in Resturant. Kudos to him!? Only fault was disabled loo management you could not swing a cat in it. Needs look at seening you support people from uhl hospital Gràinne Gillespie

My sister and I planned a large surprise party in the Unicorn over the weekend and we were absolutely blown away and delighted with everything from start to finish! Our guests remarked how gorgeous the new section is, as it is spacious and an ideal party location! Especially the Christmas decor, it was so atmospheric and cosy. Rita, the events manager made it so easy with a quick consultation! The food platters were very generous and for a large party the ample parking made it easy for guests! I have to say, Jim and Billy working on the night truely went above and beyond. They and the rest of the staff made sure everything ran smoothly! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone thinking of hosting a party! Aoife x
